On retiring as Colonel of the Marines, Jean was seduced by the idea of raising tea himself on the family land in Brittany, France. This explains why our tea bushes are lined up like the finest soldiers!
Mathilde
Born in Brittany, Mathilde has traveled the world, having lived in Africa, Asia and South America. This has given her a wealth of botanical knowledge which she applies to our plantations. Her knowledge of the flavors of the world has enabled her to produce some or our best teas.

Trained as an engineer at the University of Exeter in the UK and at INSA Rennes in France. Took the initiative to work with global specialists to identify the finest cultivars from our plantation. For him, the secret is all in the taste and of the raw leaf.

As a chemical engineer, David is fascinated by the development of cultivars specially adapted to France. Expert in soil composition, cuttings, seed growth and productivity.
